Employee Campaign

The Sioux City Public Schools Foundation's mission is to support the District beyond taxpayer dollars through Arts and Culture, STEM, and Equity.

In January 2021, the Employee Campaign had two new twists. 100% of last year’s funds were allocated directly back to each building to be invested by the Building Leadership Team.

For the 2021-2022 school year, the Foundation has embarked upon the Employee Campaign.

  • 90% of every dollar will be directly allocated back to each donor’s respective building to be invested by your Building Leadership’s Team.

  • 90% of every dollar donated by the ESC staff will be directly allocated back to the school buildings to be invested by their Building Leadership Teams.

  • The remaining 10% will be used by the Foundation, so we can work for you securing grants and private gifts, plus growing the Endowments.

Next, every staff member who donates $1 or more will be entered into a drawing.  The SCPSF approached our local post-secondary institutions. As known of by print deadline, Northwestern College and the Northwest Area Education Agency are donating to the “Employee Campaign.”  They are donating vouchers to offset a portion of your professional development expenses. Employees will be randomly selected like last year.

The Foundation appreciates your sacrificial leadership.  The Foundation's Board and staff hope the "Building Leadership Team Grants" can enhance the Foundation's collaboration with our District colleagues to ensure you and every student will "Believe...Achieve...Succeed"!
